Where's the New Westside Whole Foods Going To Land? Santa Monica Blvd & Barrington Ave

It’s official: The Los Angeles City Planning Commission unanimously signed off the long-awaited mixed-use development on the southeast corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Barrington Avenue. The project includes a five-story building with 180 apartments, including 20 very low-income affordable units, with a 65,000 square foot Whole Foods Market. A three-level subterranean garage will hold 594 parking spaces, which 317 spaces will be reserved for residents.
Current plans illustrate the building having open areas and courtyards along the street frontage. Construction is estimated to begin June 2020. It’s estimated to take approximately 24 months.
This is across the street from 11700 W. Santa Monica Boulevard which I sold for $7,500,000 earlier this year.
