New Approved Developments To Rise In Mar Vista



D E V E L O P M E N T S: 90066 is in store for a couple of substantial developments that would change the landscape of the community. Our firm, Marcus and Millichap, along with ARA Newmark has marketed 12444 and 12575 Venice Boulevard which will be known as The Venice Collection. According to a source, the two fully entitled and approved sites have been sold.

12444 Venice Boulevard is fully approved for a new 62,652 SF six story mixed use residential community consisting of 77 luxury apartment units and 2,100 sf ground floor retail with 51 parking spaces and 89 bicycle parking spaces.

12575 Venice Boulevard is fully approved for a new 44,628 sf five story mixed use residential community consisting of 53 luxury apartment units and 2,100 sf of ground floor retail with 48 parking spaces and 52 bicycle parking spaces.





The Culver Public Market Hall is a 1.6 acre project developed by Regency Centers at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue. The project will create a public market featuring artisan

vendors to sell specialty products such as wine, cheese, produce, coffee, flowers, and more. Construction supposedly is scheduled to begin by the end of the year.


Culver Public Market will be on the northwest and northeast corner of Washington Blvd and Centinela
